He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Machinery and Technical Specialties by the American Society of Appraisers, and a Certified Depreciation Professional (CDP) by the Society of Depreciation Professionals (SDP), and a Certified Rate of Return Analyst (CRRA) by the Society of Utility and Regulatory Financial Analysts (SURFA). Before joining NewGen, he worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst and has experience in corporate finance, pro forma financial analysis, financial modeling, underwriting, banking, and strategic and capital planning.
